Scope of the position
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be significantly contributing in development and implementation of an innovative marketing strategy to position the Resort as the most desirable international destination. You will execute marketing initiatives in support of long-term strategies through leadership of the business unit teams.
Duties and responsibilities
Support Marketing Director in creating and implementing brand strategy, annual marketing plans and execution.
Translating brand vision, values and marketing strategy into activation plans for hotel, golf, activities and MICE in resort.
Creating marketing collateral for the commercial team.
Being a key contact and project management leader for different business units: golf, hotels, activities, MICE, F&B for all marketing related activations.
Execution of the seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional material.
Creating all the marketing supporting materials for the events both in resort and outside.
Coordination of the projects with internal designer and digital marketing team.
Collaborating and coordinating projects with local creative and production agencies.
