The BI Manager will be responsible to design and oversee the development and implementation of an organization´s business intelligence solutions.
He/She will be responsible of 3 people who will help to design reports but also assist the regions on the deployment of Modern Workplace Program, which includes the implementation of a large number of Microsoft E365 tools.
As BI Manager you will collaborate on the projects of the 4 local teams in continental Europe.
Our future BI, designed around Power BI, needs to integrate multiple different source of Data (sales on different POS systems, worked hours on different TandA systems, budget on different budget systems…). With the major program deployment (SAP Success Factor, SAP S/4 Hana, Oracle Simphony…), the BI system will need to be adapted continuously.
Main responsibilities:
• Design BI Architecture: Develop and maintain a strategic BI architecture that aligns with the organization´s goals and objectives.
• Data Modeling: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and design logical and physical data models. Ensure data models support data integration, data quality, and data governance principles.
• Data Warehouse Development: Lead the design and development of data warehousing solutions to consolidate and organize data from multiple sources. Ensure data is transformed, cleaned, and stored in a format suitable for analysis and reporting.
• Reporting and Analysis: Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and design and implement reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytical tools. Enable end-users to access and analyze data effectively to derive actionable insights.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, developers, and IT teams to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and communicate technical solutions effectively. Collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Emerging Technologies and Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of business intelligence, data management and Microsoft tools. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the BI architecture and drive innovation.

The BI Manager should have:
• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and data integration.
• Proficiency in data modeling concepts, relational and dimensional data modeling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with cloud-based BI solution (Azure) is a plus
