Descripción: We are looking for Web, App and Backend Developers in Málaga or nearby with management skills to take responsibility for their own projects.
Your tasks:
– Independently develop and implement solutions from technical specifications to the required standard
– Manage the build and release of software
– Recruit and mentor other developers to build an independent development team (approx. 50 % of the work is about programming and 50 % about managing)
– Improve efficiency of what the team can deliver
Your skills and experience:
– 5+ years´ recent experience in web, app or backend development
– Extensive experience with some of the following technologies: HTML 5, CSS3, C#, Microsoft .NET, C# ASP.NET, Javascript, Swift and Kotlin.
– Have excellent communication skills in English and great attention to detail. Any knowledge of German would be a bonus.
– Able to use your initiative to problem-solve and learn new technologies.
– Willingness to take responsibility for delivery of a product from conception through to release
– Work collaboratively, but at the same time taking responsibility for your own work
– Show flexibility and adaptability in ways of working across the business
