• Spearhead the development of the new state-of-the-art distributed platform for planning and executing Secure Multiparty Computations
• Establish global technology standards and guidelines in the project
• Organise and direct the strategy for technological platforms, partnerships, and relationships with stakeholders
• Represent and manage the whole IT department and be the number one contact for IT-related topics
• Oversee and take charge of all platform´s technological activities with a hands-on attitude
• Participate in the development and dissemination of new reference architectures, technical content, and best practices (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts)
• Recruit more team members to accelerate further growth
• Become the Chief Technology Officer of a cutting edge L1-Blockchain|Contribute to the mainstream adoption of DLT
• Previous professional experience as CTO for an L1 or L2 is a MUST, ideally with a focus on ZKP or more broadly on privacy
• Experience with Rust and WebAssembly is a must
• Strong technical background and understanding
• Extensive experience in delivering complex IT solutions
• Pronounced passion and enthusiasm for public permissionless Blockchains and their use-cases
• Highly pronounced work ethics, willingness and ability to work very hard
• Ability to lead multiple global projects and teams
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Strong self-initiative
Our client is one of the most promising upcoming L1s. Based on advanced ZK-computations, particularly Secure Multiparty Computation, it can function as a regulatory compliant privacy layer to existing Blockchains, allowing for both public and private decentralised computations.
Its adoption, amongst others, pivots around the integration with existing external Blockchain networks to incorporate external tokens as liquid twins and thus enable cross-chain collaboration.
As CTO, you will be the main responsible for driving continuous development and improvement of the protocol.
