Cas Training, a leading company with more than 20 years in technology consulting, outsourcing and specialized training, selects a JavaScript Software Engineer for an important 100% remote project.
Functions:
– Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and beyond
– Take responsibility of the software delivery by ensuring quality and scope expectations are met
– A software engineer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and in the results that they deliver
Requirements:
– JavaScript
– Extensive knowledge of working with distributed infrastructure systems and client-server architectures.
– Back-end technologies such as Node JS, Mongo DB, Java, npm packaging, RESTful APIs. Experience in IBM API Connect and StrongLoop is a plus
– Excellent working knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
– Experience of using agile methodologies and TDD (test-driven development).
– Experience with any of the JavaScript libraries (JQuery, AngularJS)
– Experience with API development (REST)
– Knowledge of continuous Integration and continuous delivery using Jenkins and the Nexus repository manager
– Knowledge of Docker, Git, GitHub, Openshift and MicroServices Architecture
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
