• Lead the Agile transformation of the company IT family
• AXA Partners Agile framework set up and deployment, aligned with AP strategy
• Contribute to deliver the strategy regarding Agile ambition and guarantee Agile@scale journey
• Decline the company Agile framework (standards, values, principles) to adapt it to IT context and needs and ensure they are applied across all IT departments. Makes this agile framework accessible to everyone

• IT Managers Agile coaching
• Spread Agile culture and be responsible for knowledge transfer to IT Managers regarding Agile functioning (within a squad, within a tribe or at scale)
• Share expertise, operational experience and organize training sessions about Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, ScrumBan) or specific roles (such as Tribe lead, Product Owner, Product Manager, etc).

• Helps teams navigate with agile tools and facilitate (on demand) rituals and workshops
• In charge of transformation of delivery
• Define Agile delivery new standards and practices (and liaise with the head of DevOps to tackled DevOps delivery methods)
• Be responsible for Agile delivery practices deployment and industrialization across IT organization (automation, Agile processes, ..)
• Experiments (according to the context) new ways of working (tools, approaches)
• Define and deploy an Agile Orchestration framework, in coordination with the Agile Lab
• For program to coordinate/report the work done by different squads/tribes for one project
• For intra et inter tribe coordination to manage dependencies

• And later to deploy an Agile Orchestration framework for the whole company

• Speed theDevOps practices adoption
• Assess the DevOps maturity of each squad/project
• Work with each squad/project on an improvement plan to increase the maturity level
• Follow-up and report the overall DevOps maturity
• Watch new DevOps market practices and upgrade AXA Partners DevOps standards with those new practices

Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong experience in managing large, diverse teams of IT professionals (operating in matrix organisations)
• Expertise regarding Agile principles, DevOps and Quality assurance practices
• Extensive experience working in technology within a company with a solid understanding of technology
• Strong experience leading change and championing transformative IT which are sources of competitive advantage and differentiation
• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
• High level of maturity in people interface skills, working both across cultures and at various levels of the organization
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, strong influencer at all levels
• Has a high degree of work ethics and leads by example

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
• Computer Science engineering degree or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish, French and English

Multinational present in more than 50 countries specialized in the insurance bussines.

The IT Transformation Lead will report to the Head of the Global Solutions Center department, which is a transversal IT department in charge of delivery and also the IT transformation topics.
