– Create and maintain the proper process/tool to manage current and new IT Providers, IT Products and IT Services.(Transparent and Traceable as a must).
– Identify and manage the proper solutions and savings in terms of IT Products/IT Services.
– Manage properly the big contracts and strategic partners in IT, introducing the proper management and related added value.
– Management and ownership of the Contract data base: new disclosure agreements, new Contracts, extensions, increased scopes, amendments, cancellation follow ups. Internal management to the requests coming from different domains
– Alignment with the rest of IT areas on IT Governance (IT Controlling, IT PMO, IT Finance Administration) and with the related departments inCompany Group.
– IT commodity licenses management

– Qualification/Training / Titulación/Formación: Bachelor´s degree
– Complementary Training / Formación Complementaria: Pourchasing Trainings.
– IT Knowledge (Familiarized with IT Products and IT services).
– Proper alignment of requests from IT Business with accounting and providers: POs alignments, cost allocation, invoices.

– Ownership of the assigned tasks
– Proactivity
– Good communication skills
– Languages/Level / Idiomas/Nivel: Business English C1 / German (Nice to have).
