• Common Outlook errors, Excel not opening
• Documenting tickets effectively to help future support
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Updating OS and drivers
• Friendly and approachable telephone manner
• Basic O365 issues
• Install, uninstall applications
• Respond to tickets in accordance with SLA guidelines
• Application navigation assistance
• Connection to IVE and pick up calls
• High-level application usage or How-to questions
• Provide solutions to desktop / mobile and systems problems
• Gather all information and screenshots for Escalation to Level 2 or Level 3 support
• Ticket creation and allocation to relevant teams
• Call on-duty service technicians
• Physical issues on site

• The Successful ApplicantProven knowledge Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Microsoft Office 2010 to 2016 and Office 365
• Basic Network maintenance
