Descripción: Role Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, preparation and support of the company’s IT software and hardware provided to the users.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience requirements
Minimum 2+ year of experience in a relevant position
Excellent English communication skills
Excellent knowledge of computer operations
Previous experience in a Law firm, Bank or other institution will be considered a plus (Service-desk, IT-support, ticketing system, etc )
Knowledge of AD and Microsoft Exchange language will be considered a plus
Knowledge of Windows 10 and office 365 will be considered a plus
Ability to travel

High level of customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
Ability to work autonomously, strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
