Your new role
As a Service Delivery Manager or Group Manager you will be able to direct and manage designated resources in accordance with the specific accountabilities identified below. As a Group Manager you will manage complex projects that involve other members of staff.
You will be Allocating tasks to consultants, providing technical support and training to team members and ensuring the quality of the team´s work by supervising, promoting and enforcing their adherence to Company´s standards and procedures.
You will Negotiating project deadlines and costs with clients, reviewing team time slips weekly and making billing decisions for all team projects and reviewing client status reports before they are sent to clients. Also in charge of quality communication with each team member and team development.
What you´ll need to succeed
You will possess an Electronic/IT/Computer Science Degree/National Diploma or Equivalent.
As a potential candidate you will also possess each of the following skills/ experience:
– 2- years of experience in Project Management or equivalent
– 2- years experience in Team Management or Equivalent
– Technical knowledge in land based gaming devices
– Technical knowledge in remote and landbased gaming devices testing
As per Technical Knowledge you will have Demonstrated Skills and Experience at least in:
– Source Code Review
– Hardware Evaluation Standalone controlled games (AWP)
– Distributed sytems – Based server games and VLR
– Distributed systems- Server Supported Games (i.e. Video Bingo /Class II) Distributed systems – remote / online gaming
