To join the IT OPS Operation Enablement Team, we are looking for an IT Project Manager Support who will assistance to the Project Manager.
Which are the functions?
– Able to monitor the plans ensuring the milestones
– Risk Management
– Able to support Project Managers with risk identification/control and administer the Project Risk Register.
– Issue Management
– Able to support the Project Manager in identifying Issues that threaten the Project and administer the Projects Issue Register.
– Change Management Supports the Project Manager by ensuring that changes to the Project are controlled and managed effectively.
– Information Management. Able to manage the required information management, steering support documentation (presentations and minutes) and administrative support
– Planning of project meetings / workshops, preparing agendas and meeting protocols/minutes
Which are requirements?
– 1 years ‘experience working as Project Manager Support or Similar
– MS Office – Excel advanced skills required
– Sharepoint – P360 (MS Project and UMT tool) advanced skills required
– Experience working in a Project Office environment as support for the project manager
– English proficiency (spoken and written)
– German is a plus
