International end-client company based in Vallés Occidental is looking for an IT Business Analyst for financial applications.
Your new role
• Understand current business teams‘ business processes and workflows and how current IT systems support them.
• Detect improvement areas and design functional solutions within core banking system and/or with external interfaces to improve current business processes.
• Take and understand requirements from business teams for improvements or new developments.
• Design functional solutions within core banking system and with external interfaces to cover business requirements.
• Detect potential risks and take preventive actions.
• Analyze IT solutions from economical and technical point of view to assure feasibility.
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor offers in the area of IT systems.
• Integration of core banking systems and web environments to offer products directly to the customers.
• Used to digitalisation projects like remote signature with email/OTP, tablet signature, online identity validation, etc.
What you´ll need to succeed
• University studies or comparable technical education
• +4 years´ experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or comparable role for financial apps.
• Desirable experience in core banking system migrations.
• Advanced query construction in Oracle SQL
• Advanced knowledge developing in Oracle PL/SQL
• Familiar with web java development tools: Java, Eclipse, webservices, soap interfaces, JSON, maven, Jenkins, etc.
• Linux shell and bash scripting desirable.
• Programs and systems over typical financial business /financial sector
• Coordination and different tasks planning abilities. Teamwork and project work abilities.
• Communicative social person, capable of generate empathy
• Fluent level of English is a must
