* Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or Business
* Certificates or training in specific Products and/or Agile Methodology are a plus (e.g. Certified Agile Product Owner)
* Sound understanding of complex technical solutions on architectural level
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Willingness to travel within Europe 25% of the time
* Interested in the future of banking and technology
* Collaborative and proactive team player
* Experienced in market research and analysis
* Accomplished at leading client facing workshops to determine where new solutions need to be defined
* Ability to self-organise and deal with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
