From Hays, we are collaborating with a leading telecommunications company in Europe and the US in the opening of their new technological Hub in Valencia.
They are expanding the team looking for experienced
Infraestructure Architect to join an international team.
Responsibilities:
– Formulating, executing, and overseeing both cloud and non-cloud system infrastructures.
– Conceptualizing and executing:
– Suitable scaling strategies (vertical and horizontal) to accommodate fluctuating business demands.
– System integrations with Deutsche Telekom´s internal and external communication networks.
– Actions to fulfill security, data protection, and confidentiality requirements; enhancing system robustness.
– Consistent record-keeping of all architectural choices.
– Upkeep and dissemination of current infrastructure summaries for the systems in use.
– Joint organization of the CoP ARC (Community of Practice Architecture).
– Involvement in the weekly architecture task force.
– Assistance to the operations team with:
– Quarterly Program Increment planning.
– Examination and specification of requirements.
– Involvement in CoP DevOps.
– Synchronization with the CI/CD team.
Preferred Qualifications:
– A minimum of 5 years experience in strategizing and executing cloud infrastructures.
– Proficiency in dissecting intricate issues and devising innovative resolutions.
– Ability to articulate complex technical scenarios clearly and succinctly to the associated teams.
Necessary Expertise:
– Cloud Technologies:
– Future Cloud Infrastructure (FCI) / CaaS
– Google Cloud
– AWS (optional)
– Microservices utilizing Java / SpringBoot
– Kubernetes
