• Proven track record of technical leadership in a software engineering role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Strong experience in managing engineering teams and leading complex software projects.
• Deep knowledge of software development methodologies, best practices, and modern technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• A passion for technology and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
