• Collaboration and supervision of technological partners.
• Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics projects, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, and leverage them to enhance our data capabilities.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven recommendations to drive operational efficiencies and optimize business outcomes.
• Ensure data governance.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in similar positions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data analytics strategies that drive business impact.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
