Descripción: We are looking for a reliable Quality Assurance Manager to manage the Quality System of 3 companies (in Spain, Italy, and China), to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.
RESPONSABILITIES
Responsible to build, together with the companies’ managers, an integrated quality System among the 3 companies;
Responsible for the certification or the Quality System;
Responsible to check that the quality system is effective and efficient defining the key indicators to be monitored;
Responsible to improve the Quality System built;
Responsible to manage all the quality documents;
Responsible to manage the Non-Conformity, the Corrective and the Preventive actions;
Responsible to manage the companies’ audits;
Responsible to release of the monthly quality report for the 3 companies;
Responsible to define the Quality Control Procedures in Acceptance, in Production and Final (Before delivery)
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role;
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards;
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods;
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases;
Outstanding communication and teamworking skills;
Great attention to detail and a result driven approach;
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities;
Reliable and Trustworthy;
ISO 9000 and ISO17025 knowledge is a strong advantage;
English Fluent.
