Description
Software Procurement:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand software requirements and follow procurement strategies.
• Support market research to identify potential software vendors.
• Provide support to the end-to-end procurement process for software licenses (in particular SaaS contracts), including RFx preparation, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and license maintenance.
• IT Service Contracts: • Collaborate with internal departments to identify IT service needs and help in the development of contract requirements.
• Follow up the procurement process for IT service contract management.
• Monitor contract terms and conditions.
• Track and monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicator
Valuable Assets:
• Experience Building relationships with software vendors and IT service providers.
• Knowledge of vendor evaluations and performance reviews to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
The candidate should provide extensive support in managing software licenses agreements such as SaaS (software as a Service)
