As the project progresses, the key user ensures correct technical implementation, performs functional testing, designs and conducts training and also facilitates go-live. The SAP Key User will be main point of contact for questions and problems during the operation of the new IT solution.
Reporting to the Finance Department of Belgium and Spain, his/her main functions and responsibilities will be:
• Be Project leader of SAP integration. In charge of the ERP change decision, control of all commercial circuits and procedures, tasks and time monitoring. In collaboration with those responsible for IT, accounting, other business departments and external advisers.
• Digital Transformation Manager. In charge of switching to digital and automatize all business processes.
• Review the positions created from the Administration team and the accounts used to verify budgetary deviations and then propose corrective measures.
• Accounts mapping creation when necessary. Responsible SAP Manager for new acquisitions (FI-CO SAP key user) and for setting up all peripheric systems for new companies.
• Responsible to generate notes and to prepare and make trainings. To ensure that all policies, procedures and circuits are kept in the same way for all the group (homogenize knowledge) SAP consultant/ adviser; Analyze or check new requests from the group. Set up new procedures or improvements for existing ones. Solving problems by taking decisions.

We are looking for a professional in the Accounting and Finance area, with previous experience leading digital transformation projects specifically in SAP FICO. This is a high level position as you have to completely manage the whole implementation process. Transversal communication skills, fluent English and availability to travel to Belgium occasionally, are needed.
