Descripción: Kiteris is a young, agile company dedicated to providing IT project management services based on the delivery of excellence, the quality of our team and the contribution of value through specialization and innovation. We are located in Spain and Portugal but serve different customers in Europe, USA, and South America.
For the past 6 years, we have been working as Program Managers and Consultants for a leading international customer in the industrial sector. The customer is based in Barcelona area (Spain) with offices and subsidiaries in more than 40 countries and with more than 80 companies worldwide. Current services we are running for this Customer cover TIC, R&D, and Purchasing departments.
Our client is executing a very ambitious program of installation and parameterization of its Salesforce platform in all countries and companies, and it requires completing its team with highly experienced profiles.
Our proposal is based on the creation of a remote support team that will help our client to implement their program. This team will be officially assigned to our Cartagena office (Murcia Region, Spain).
We are therefore looking for Experienced Salesforce Developers.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
-Creating complex workflows and triggers
-APEX development
-Development of visualforce pages and Lightning components
-Integration with other systems
-Testing and implementing applications
-Installation and testing
-Debugging
-Producing technical documentation
-Performing reviews of the data
-Providing technical plans/solutions to business teams
-Developing solutions to address any company-wide issues and making their processes more efficient
-Reviewing custom developed code and making necessary technical adjustments
-Working closely and effectively with different IT teams and functional consultants.
Key skills and experience
-Spanish mother tongue.
-Fluency in English is mandatory. Interview will be done partially in English.
-BS / BA Degree in IT
-A minimum of 2 years´ experience in Salesforce projects with hands on experience both Agile and Waterfall projects.

-Creates positive impact, can influence using effective relationship skills and foster team collaboration
-Experience working in intercultural teams (Europe and USA mainly)
