As Events Data Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the event websites and apps that are required for each event, managing event data and reporting within both those systems and our CRM. In addition, you will support the team with design elements for events.
Key responsibilities include:
– Design, build and manage event and event travel registration websites with multiple registration paths
– Design, build and manage event communications, guest lists and reporting for c 100 events a year
– Manage build and delivery of event apps (approx. 20 per year)
– Support design team with event design work, including website and app assets and event collateral – Ensure all event attendee data feeds into DealCloud and work with wider teams to help cleanse and maintain data
– Manage process for requesting feedback post event
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who can work as part of a close team, but also be a self-starter. The successful candidate should be professional, demonstrate good communication and inter-personal skills, with a willingness to learn within the events function of a leading global Private Equity Firm.
DESIRED LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE AND PROFILE
Ideally the successful candidate should have
– 1+ year experience of working with Cvent, including knowledge of building out registration sites (including travel), managing invitation process and all guest correspondence
– Experience of working with Cvent app
– Experience of working with InDesign or similar design software
– Experience of marketing databases/CRM/Dealcloud platforms
– Experience and comfort in working in an international environment with multiple time zones
– Pro-active nature and ability to work independently within a small team
– High attention to detail and good writing skills
– Strong communication and inter-personal skills
– Intermediate Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
