Digital Presence Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen our digital presence across various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Create engaging and relevant content to attract and retain followers, driving increased brand awareness and engagement.

Email Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, ensuring compelling and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.

Open-Source Community Engagement: Leverage the value of our open-source community on GitHub to foster engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Develop strategies to attract new contributors and engage existing community members, ensuring a thriving ecosystem around our software.

SEO Optimization and website management: Implement and refine SEO strategies to improve our online performance and organic search rankings. Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive increased organic traffic.

Product Visibility and Promotion: Work closely with the product team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that showcase the value and capabilities of our products. Drive product awareness and adoption through targeted messaging, content creation, and promotional activities.

Webinars and Events: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute external webinars and events that showcase our expertise, thought leadership, and product offerings. Coordinate logistics, manage speakers, and ensure a seamless experience for participants.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing|English C1-C2

The candidate should be a native English speaker or possess an exceptionally high level of English proficiency. This is essential as the role requires direct communication with English-speaking clients, and the entire brand´s communication is in English.

Bachelor´s Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the AI or technology industry.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, sales, and product teams, to align marketing campaigns with brand messaging and business objectives.

Ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across various digital channels, including SEO and SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including proficiency in Google Sheets, and familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Experience in B2B acquisition and performance marketing campaigns (Google ads, LinkedIn ads, etc.) in a high-growth startup environment.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and overcome obstacles in campaign optimization.

Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.

Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
