• Driving customer Insights analysis combining internal and external data sources to provide business development opportunities for SCS stakeholders
• Assist with requirements gathering, design and data visualisation for new global KAM Insights product
• Streamlining and automating reporting requirements for SCS clients
• Data visualisation to measure PSA Value and updating KAM list for international PSA´s
• Championing Page Insights products including Customer and Global Insights
• UAT for Customer and KAM Insights
• Provide assistance with reporting and analytics outside of SCS as part of the overall Sales Insights Team

Must have:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, proactive in identifying business development opportunities.
• Ability to analyse reporting requirements
• Understanding of business change principles
• Previous experience with data visualization
• Ability to manipulate large volumes of data
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Presentation skills
