• Together with the local and global support teams, monitor and follow up on incidents escalated (2nd and 3rd level) and problems in a timely fashion (meeting SLA and OLA) ensuring they work on them on time.
• Responsible for overseeing and ensuring the processes related to PRs and CRs are followed during the life cycle of the CR.
• Ensure that technical analysis of major or reoccurring incidents is done and investigated for their root causes.
• Define and monitor KPIs and metrics
• Uses analytical/reporting methods and performs data analysis to identify areas for improvement and reviews operational metrics to help drive teams performance. Make sure the improvement actions are reviewed regularly.
• Identify training needs and organise training workshops for country or global teams and promote knowledge sharing with and amongst country teams and active contribution to these.
• Create and maintain incident and problem documentation
• Support, coordinate and in some cases, lead some global improvement initiatives or projects.
• Collaborate in other activities such as change management and new customer projects

• Cliente final|Estabilidad, crecimiendo, gran proyecto
• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering or related.
• Project coordination experience or some experience in project management, customer support, service management (e.g. ITIL), and business requirement analysis (will be an added advantage).
• Excellent skills in English; other languages are considered a plus.
• Expert with: MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• ITIL certification will be advantageous.
• Experience working with Splunk is a plus.
• Excellent coordination of tasks, prioritization and time management skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
