Descripción: ConsulSAP is currently looking for a SAP CS (Customer Service) consultant with more than 3 years experience, working in projects for the implementation of Customer Services processes:
• Ibase management.
• On call service functionality.
• Installations handling.
• Contract management.
• Preventive maintenance.
• Repair business.
• eService and mobile solutions integrated with the ERP system.
• Integration with other SAP modules (HR, SD, MM, CO, FI).
In addition it will be desirable to have also the following knowledge and experience:.
– Spiridon solution.
– SAP Fiori.
– SAP Screen Personas.
Other prerequisites:.
– Fluent English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
