Descripción: • Ensure phone calls are answered in a timely manner
• Oversee the AV inbox, clearing irrelevant emails, delegating tasks or filing relevant emails to folders
• Take phone and email bookings
• Be in constant contact with field engineers for issues
• Ensure all bookings are input correctly in to TMS
• Monitor TMS while calls are in progress

LANGUAGES
• High English spoken and written fluent (B2/C)
• French spoken and written is required
