Your new role
Reporting to Chief Information Officer (CIO), this pro-active person will be in charge of coordinate the different infrastructure, cloud and service by providing expert knowledge and skills to our core application owners, this includes, developing team skills, working with internal clients, etc. This hands-on position has the responsibility for pro-active coordinating, researching, troubleshooting and supporting multiple infrastructures and services.
What do you need to fit
– Hands-on and knowledge on Windows and Mac Operating Systems
– Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, Azure cloud
– Knowledge of DHCP, DNS and IP protocols
– User account management for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, Distribution lists
– Remote desktop connectivity
– MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio)
– Internet browsers (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
– VPN and remote dial-in applications
– Support for Lan-and Wan-network, laptop, desktops, and printers
– Microsoft SQL knowledge
