Currently we are looking for a Client Support to join us! You are going to be part of a dynamic, energetic and talented team. 

As Client Support you have to manage a trusty and strong relationships with clients and ONEBOX members running with a high help desk service, assist client requests and issue as much as they need, ensure clients have successful solutions according their needs and objectives and provide to internal teams the client feedback to improve business products. 

This role has special requirements as be available to work on 24×7 shift, previous experience working as Help Desk o customer service specialist, English and Spanish good communication (oral & written), car driver license and disponibility to travel to assist events, concerts…
