• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the organisation´s overall goals and objectives
• Lead the Cloud transformation and DevOps transformation initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition to modern and efficient IT infrastructure
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budgeting, staffing, and project management
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems and applications
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including senior executives, business leaders, and external vendors
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and recommend new solutions and innovations to improve our IT infrastructure and operations

• Bachelor´s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master´s degree preferred
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in leading large-scale IT initiatives with at least 100 headcount
• Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies and DevOps methodologies, with experience in Cloud transformation and DevOps transformation
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex IT challenges
• Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus
