Descripción: Capgemini is currently seeking an experienced Cyber Security Architecture and Monitoring Consultant to join our Cyber security area.
In this role you will support and participate in some of our clients´ projects in maintaining a rigorous risk identification, assessment and security management approach, providing expertise in embedding security in our Client´s architecture and enhancing their Security Monitoring capabilities. You will advise and challenge the control and mitigation plans within the businesses. Alongside this you will support and facilitate our clients´ Incident Response Process, providing best practice support and coaching across their internal teams and technological partners.
Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for the overall security of defined areas (e.g. Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Security Architecture definition),
· Expertise in Security Architecture design and definition, and Security Controls,
· Control, monitor and enhance the security architecture, in alignment with defined security policies, processes and controls,
· Provide security expertise for defined projects, departments or areas,
· Assess, prevent and mitigate Information Security Risks and participate in the Incident Response Process,
· Provide expertise on internal/external security issues or incidents and implement long-term remediation,
· Be responsible for defined Security monitoring and performance (e.g. SIEM, Vulnerability Scanner, IDS/IPS),
· Proactively challenges company security postures (via technical audit or continuous improvement),
· Support the cybersecurity Incident Response Process across our Clients´,
· Interact with clients to provide Risk Management policy guidance and to resolve questions regarding the application of such policy, while strategically influencing stakeholders outside Risk Management.
· Ensure appropriate risk and control mapping is in place across the regions where our clients´ operate.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor´s degree from an accredited college/university.
· Minimum 3+ years´ in both Security Architecture and Monitoring field and the cyber security industry.
· High level of English. We also work with international teams and clients.
· Relevant IT or Risk Management certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC and CISA) preferred; working knowledge of SIEM and Security Solutions is a plus.
· Ability to interface and influence senior leaders across the business, to drive change and continuous improvement
· Progressive experience managing multiple projects concurrently with excellent organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to gain the confidence and respect of various levels
