HAYS Business Services is the Business Consulting Line of the HAYS Group. We are collaborating with one of the pharmaceutical industry´s top 10 companies and to this day remains family-owned.
It has with 146 subsidiaries and more than 47,700 employees and almost 500 million euros in turnover the previous year. They have 3 Shared Service Centers, one in Argentina, one in Singapore and the other in Spain, specifically in San Cugat del Vallés.
They are in expansion and growth phase and that is why we want to incorporate a Business Analyst to join the Market Engagement and Data Insights EU:
Functions:
o Support the Business Project Manager to review requirements, analyze possible solutions, help with operational and administrative project task.
o Propose best practices to implement the desired business needs, considering Medical strategy and local regulatory aspects.
o Partner with colleagues in the R/OPU’s to channel their questions and to support upskilling of colleagues in areas that require sooBe the contact point between vendors (e.g. Veeva) and project team.
o Review with IT and Veeva implementation, dependencies and release of the required changes.
o Support coordinating the testing of the changes in the system (Veeva CRM) during implementation phase. o Coordinate meetings, act as facilitator during the workshopsoOrganize and document trainings, support change management.
o Observe, understand and collect results from interviews/surveys and make proposals on how to address the identified challenges.
Skills:
o CRM Business Consulting and Analysis.
o Project Management in CRM area (Veeva CRM is a plus).
o Fluent in English, good communication and presentation skills.
o Confident with the usage of the following tools would be a plus:
– Confluence (to document project, meeting notes, etc.)
– Jira and Kanban board to keep track of tasks
– Skype (organizing and moderating meetings)
– MS Teams for internal communication
– Office suite and in particular PowerPoint to prepare materials.
o Broad understanding of Veeva CRM (implementation at BI is a plus).
o Pharma industry knowledge, experience in the medical or medical affairs area would be valuable (prev experience at BI will be a plus).
o Experience as a facilitator and providing training would be a plus.
o Experience creating conducting and analyzing interviews or surveys.
