• Tell a consistent Web3-story across various audiences, build consistent narratives and messaging that position the ecosystem internally and externally to align with strategic objectives
• Support community- and other organizational initiatives with hands-on advise and strategically relate them to the broader ecosystem
• Develop, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, scalable communications strategies furthering the external understanding and perception of the network on key metrics such as adoption, use cases, decentralization, and energy consumption
• Get deeply involved in building and advancing the ecosystem, support launches, announcements and other key actions of projects building on the network
• Be the voice of the foundation and define how it should be communicating to its core audience
• Foster mainstream adoption of one of the strongest Blockchain ecosystems|Join a global, highly collaborative, growing Web3 foundation
The foundation is looking for a communications leader to support fulfilling the network´s vision and mission. The ideal candidate is a highly communicative thought-leader and strategist who is able to run key communication activities while also displaying strong abilities to think out of the box. You need to be able to take on T-shaped responsibilities at the foundation, and are expected to deep-dive into several topics and verticals, while at the same time work around the broader messaging and positioning of the organization.
Furthermore, you are expected to have:
• 2+ years of proven professional experience in Blockchain (this is a MUST)
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong PR-background, the ability to build good relationships with journalists
• Strong strategic planning skills
• Be able to manage a variety of initiatives with diverse and potentially competing group of stakeholders
• Ideally, you already have worked as a Head of Communication for a Web3 project or foundation
