?A Bid Manager acts as the project leader in bids, executing the process to develop an opportunity into a won contract.
He/she is responsible for delivering the full proposition to the customer within the time, budget, resource constraints and guidance given through the Rainbow reviews.

Bid operation and costs control ensuring high-quality proposal.
People management Internal governance, managing all related stakeholders and approvers.?
