Your new role…

In charge of collecting and analyzing data to improve the supply chain operations. They guarantee the supply chain meets the business needs using data mining and analytics. They perform job duties such as inventory allocation analysis, identification of problems in workflow, improvement of costs and benefits.

Your Key Accountabilities…

– Create processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
– Analyze data to identify potential deviations on the supply chain efficiency and suggest improvements.
– Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects.
– Develop requirements and standards relating to data analysis.
– Create trusting relationship with Supply Chain management teams.
– Collaborate with IT departments to implement effective systems.
– Propose data analysis tools available in the market and provide support in the implementation.
– Collaborate with Controlling to create dashboards and report Supply Chain KPI´s.

This position requires interaction and collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, Controlling and Business partners.

Your Knowledge & Experience…

– Proven experience as a Supply Chain or Business Analyst.
– Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.
– Familiar with supply chain processes
– Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query), BI analytic tools (Qlik Sense) and ERP systems.
– Analytical mind with business acumen
– Problem-solving aptitude
– Attention to detail
– Communication skills
– Outstanding organizational ability
– BSc/BA in Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field
