Atlassian Platform Manager / Senior Support Engineer
• Highly qualified person with knowledge and experience in implementing Atlassian solutions.
• Prepare the functional and technical documentation associated with the implementation.
• Design and program backend scripts and create custom Atlassian plugins.
• Lead the Atlassian support team.
Skills and Experience
• Project management methodologies
• IT Management and Government Projects
• Implementation, configuration and parameterization of Atlassian Tools in OnPremise and AWS environments.
• ACP-100 Certification: Jira Administrator
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Atlassian environments
• Good communication and reporting
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to estimate efforts
• Team management
• Orientation to objectives and results
