Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network security, cloud architecture, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of Zscaler’s cloud security platform, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) , ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) and Server Traffi Functional Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Languages: English is a must and Spanish will be optional.
• Zscaler certifications such as ZCCP, ZCTA, or ZCP preferred.
• Experience designing and implementing secure web gateways, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching protocols.
