You will provide services for a leading online restaurant reservation platform in Europe, with a 50000 restaurants network worldwide, more than 15 million visits monthly and more than 8 million reviews.
Responsibilities:
– Perform administrative tasks within TheFork systems (Internal CRM).
– Data entry of restaurant menu translations, offers and information, most of them from Argentine and Uruguayan.
Requirements:
– Minimum two-years proven experience as a Back Office. Big plus: experience in the hospitality sector (restaurants) or similar areas.
– Spanish mandatory. Very fluent level of English (writing and reading skills).
– Technological knowledge and troubleshooting experience in a customer support environment. Also knowledge of MS Office.
Offer:
– Wage: 18k/year.
– Full time contract (09-18h).
– 2 months ETT + possible integration in company.
