• Provide support to the PDE during the development phase
• Participate in the design reviews to ensure the best design for manufacturing
• Proposing materials and treatments to improve the value of the design
• Estimate the cost of the design to optimize it
• Approve the drawing promotion inside the selected partner for manufacturing
• Plan, organize and follow up industrialization related activities inside the key partners for manufacturing
• Lead the pre-feasibility meetings inside the key-partners-for-manufacturing to frontload the design, to ensure the feasibility for manufacturing and to enable rapid developments and product launches
• Lead the feasibility and launching meetings
• Collaborate with the Industrialization teams in the process definition and cost calculation
• Follow up and report the project planning´s
• Manage the potential deviations in timing and quality
• Support to solve manufacturing troubles

• Hard worker, ability to communicate, team player in a multicultural organization
• Maintain a close and positive working relation with all the involved departments
• Experience in Quality Systems a plus: PPAP/APQP processes
• Ability to define and execute a project using project management techniques
• In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDandT)

• Travels within Europe for customer visits and development projects (15 – 20% of the time).
