Descripción: Contrac IT Services is a division of Contrac, a UK based IT company that has been established for over 40 years. Our head office is Beverley in East Yorkshire, with further offices in Lincoln, Barnsley and County Durham.

We are currently seeking 1st / 2nd line Analysts to operate from our office in Torremolinos. The role will be office based with most calls being taken via phone and email, using remote support tools to provide First Contact Fixes and escalating higher level tickets to the UK and Spain based Support teams.

The work is 12 hour shift based on a 4 days on 4 days off rota.
Day shift: 6.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Night shift: 6.00 PM to 6.00 AM

Ideally the candidate will be based within commuting distance to the center of Málaga/Torremolinos with the potential of needing to travel to other customers local to that location.

You should be comfortable and efficient when working with a team, with a focus on ticket quality and good communication.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Good English speaking and writing ability
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within IT (can be from any sector)
Extensive experience in troubleshooting faults within and Windows desktop environment
Working knowledge of Active Directory
Working knowledge of o365 administration and support for businesses
Experience working with PCs, servers and network
Experience creating documentation to be presented to customers
Adherence of customer support SLAs
An understanding of TCPIP
Experience working with a ticket system or service desk
Desirable:

Microsoft, VMWare, Veeam and Cisco accreditation
Experience of working with Cloud based systems i.e. Microsoft Azure, O365 and AWS
At least 2 years experience in working within a service desk based environment
