Descripción: Our client Boehringer (TOP 10 pharma), and all their projects are developed globally from Sant Cugat del Vallés.
During the last 5 years, they have established an IT Shared Services Centre in Sant Cugat.
We are looking for a Time Management System Lead with more than 4 years´ experience in related area with strong professional knowledge of HR processes and solid understanding of HR and IT Integration Technologies like Successfactors TimeOff, Workforce Time Management or Interflex Time.
As a Time Management System Lead your main responsibilities will be:
Accountable for maintenance, support and deployment of HR systems and modules that support the end- to-end HR process (software development and coding), with strong focus on Time Management sytems, Responsible for managing enhancements to HR systems in alignment with the global roadmap and in support of the HR organizations as well as the regional Shared Service Centers, Accountable for Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfillment for HR systems and the integration to other systems, Remain compliant with all required training and with all identified procedures (Standard Operating Procedures-SOP´s, Work Instructions-WI´s, validation protocols, configuration management, incident management, demand management, etc),
The candidate has to be excellent spoken and written English, experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment and good communication and collaboration skills, problem solving, Ability to find innovative approach/solutions.
