This role will concentrate on Post-Sales Services, including the installation and user training of Octax laser systems across Spain and Portugal.
Main Responsibilities
• Install Octax laser systems.
• Conduct user training sessions for Octax laser systems.
• Ensure clients use the laser correctly.
• Provide follow-up services for clients.
• Address and resolve client inquiries related to the laser.
• Experience as field technician|Growing company
• Degree in Electronics and Mechanics.
• Experience in cell biology and IVF.
• Proficient in using Windows computers.
• Skilled in operating microscopes.
• Competence in handling sensitive mechanical and optical components with appropriate tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Octax laser systems will very appreciated.
• Willing to travel.
