We are looking for a Technical Project Manager
What would you be doing?
Based within Kenmei Services Delivery Organization, an experienced globally exposed organization, you will be working at the cutting edge of technology (4G, 5G, BigData, ML/AI, Network E2E operations) and will be involved with projects in diverse global locations.
What do you need for that?
– Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management
– Ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.
– Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
– Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
– Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
– Coordinate internal communication with relevant departments involved in the project (Sales, RandD, Innovation, Product) to ensure alignment between the client objectives and company ones. Specially with the Sales department to boost the sales and with Product for the correct implementation and maintenance of technological solutions.
– Assist the sales team for both new accounts and for product sales and cross-selling to existing customers.
– Documenting adequate information related to projects, both internal and directed to the customer.
– To document, systematize and generate scalable KPIs to make project management internationally, and support continuous improvement of the organization.
– Efficiently manage external incidents (customers or suppliers) and internal (team).
– Excellent communication – Fluent English, both written and spoken.
– Ability to travel globally based on Kenmei business and projects growth on future windows.
