Descripción: We´re looking for an enthusiastic Technical Helpdesk to join our international Technical Support team.

Your mission will be to provide an excellent B2B customer support to our clients in order to ensure our very high quality standards are met. You need a great communicative person, proactive, self-motivated, having strong customer focused attitude which will ensure building outstanding relationship with our clients.

Main responsabilities:

Provide excellent and extensive user support appliying expert knowledge of our management software for online gambling solutions.
Ensure 1st line technical support; answering support queries via JIRA and Skype.
Escalate tasks internally.
Comply with quality service standards.
Use technical tools in order to troubleshoot and solve issues (SQL)

Minimum requirements:
Minimum 2/3 years experience in customer support
– C1 English level is mandatory
– Basic SQL and IT environment understanding
– JIRA and/or other customer support platforms
– Developed soft skils

Desired requirements:
– Aditional language skills (French, Italian, Portuguese, German…)
– Experience in delivering B2B customer support
– Gambling knowledge
