• You will be responsible for the management and improvement of the Service Desk team.
• Collaborate with Management and take strong ownership on tasks and projects.
• Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement.
• Automatise and optimise manual tasks.
• Managechases and escalations and keep the Management and key stakeholders informed.
• Ability to handle customers and communicate at all levels including Executive Board Level.
• Fluent in English.

*3-5 years previous experience in a Technical environment in a European or Global company
*Experience with service ticketing tools
*Result focused and customer service oriented.
*Project Management and Change control experience.
*Experience in process documentation with detail-oriented skills.
