Your job
• Monitoring, analysis and evaluation of security incidents for customers worldwide
• Trigger escalation process by defined playbooks including proposal for remediations
• Assist in remediation of security incidents (intrusions, malware)
• Close collaboration with colleagues in Switzerland
• Edit and prepare reports on a monthly basis or as requested
• Help maintain our security infrastructure
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends in a 24/7 organization
Your profile
• An intrinsic understanding and affinity for IT security
• Knowledge about actual threats
• Full understanding of the importance of security
• Good understanding of Operations Systems (Windows, Linux)
• Broad know-how of IT in general (Networking, IP, Firewalls, Directory Services, …)
• Knowledge about investigations about threats
• Knowledge of products like Qradar, Rapid7, Sophos/F-Secure or other Antivirus manufacturers or willingness to build know-how in these areas
• Quality and goal-oriented team player
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). German will be an advantage
