Descripción: From Tuyú Technology we are looking forward to incorporate a SOM Big Data server in Barcelona.
On a personal basis, we are looking for someone who is capable to adapt, oriented to team work and that is able to acquire more technological knowledge.
TASKS
• Service responsible (svcs included: Big Data)
• Good knowledge on the following technologies: (hadoop, hbase, spark, hdfs, hive, mongodb, neo4j, etc…)
• Ability to deal with outsourced contracts and infrastructure providers
• Ability to deal with the Technical managers team
• Ensure correct service monitoring
• Incident management
• Problem management. Coordinate and collaborate with Problem Management Team in creation and follow-up of detected problems
• Change Management. Define and review Changes from Service operations perspective. Manage continous improvement of service, aligned with Service manager to validate and defend required Changes
• Ability to create or improve existing Service Reporting, Capacity Planning and Quality Control, giving a business vision and supporting Service manager and Application manager
REQUIREMENTS
• Having a university degree
• Fluent English and Spanish is required. Technical conversations with USA & UK happen on a daily base
• Required technical knowledge:
– 3 years experience managing web servers & app servers systems (owning any product certifications from main providers is a must)
– 3 years experience managing support contracts with service providers
• Personal skills and experiences:
– PMP and/or ITIL/ISO20000 certifications highly appreciated
– Having worked in a big corporation is required. candidate must provide references and contacts
– Ability to find solutions in a competitive corporate environment
– Being able to adhere to commitments and delivery dates
