Expand penetration of the company within the Accounts and Industries of responsibility.

Your new role

– Develop and execute in-depth sales plans to win company insertion opportunities within agreed target customers, partners and industries.
– Manage existing accounts, develop and execute plans to proliferate solutions and thereby drive up usage and revenue.
– Build, maintain and execute business plan in accordance with sales objectives.
– Take ownership of, and manage, the bid management process for opportunities where company is required to take direct project responsibility for implementing a solution.
– Develop deep knowledge of accounts and partners´ structure, business and people.
– Be in permanent communication with accounts and partners.
– Provide market feedback to the Pre-sales and Product teams.
– Provide feedback on product requirements, pricing issues, and competitive activity.
– Develop plans for and manage customer trials and proof of concepts.
– Apply Sales process based on qualification steps to manage the company´s effort regarding opportunities.
– Provide regular accurate forecasts of opportunities, orders, revenue, and inserts using company´s CRM system.
– Participate in the construction of new offerings based on company technologies and matching market needs.
– Manage the invoicing plans and payment tracking.
– Coordinate the preparation and delivery of proposals for opportunities.

What you´ll need to succeed

– Proven track record and experience in winning new business opportunities in the fields of Technology.
– Knowledge of the following environments would be a plus: IOT technologies, Smart Cities, Public administration, B2B.
– Sales experience with accounts from various countries and regions.
– 7 years experience in sales and sales management with a positive record on reaching sales targets
– Experience of solution selling
– Internal discipline to ensure business won is contracted with minimum risk for the customer and company.
– Persistent, skilled in communication, open to innovation and technologies, able to improvise and take decisions on-the-go and proactive.
– Fluent to write, articulate and present in English and Spanish.
– Able and willing to travel worldwide.
