Descripción: We are currently collaborating with a solid Start-Up well settled in the market. It is in a moment of expansion betting on technology as a differentiating element. We are actively looking for an experienced, highly analytical and detailed-oriented systems integrator Engineer who is passionate about exquisitely crafted solutions, complex architectural challenges and is eager to work with the latest technologies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the ability to see the big picture of our systems map, so that, extending our backend architecture solve the upcoming integration challenges.
This person will be part of a growing world class team of backend developers. On one hand our backend engineer constantly cares about how to escalate our technology, with special focus in performance, scalability, safety and availability. On the other hand we are a product company, so as a backend engineer you will care about understanding and improving our products, keeping our customers at the front and centre in all decisions and with a constant problem solving attitude, teaching and learning from other engineers.
The role of Senior Integration Engineer is to be part of the BackEnd development team, being a key part in the development of new system integrations, working side by side with other engineers to extend and prepare our architecture for future challenges. This person will be a key member in all related with the technical analysis of the upcoming integrations, and their opinion will be key to size the scope of the integration challenges in alignment with company needs.
The key responsibilities of this person will be to, among others:
– Integrate diverse systems, networks and servers to achieve overall aims.
– Coordination of implementation with tech third-party teams.
– Work on the development of our APIs.
– Understand, divide and solve complex problems in a creative and reasoned way.
– Constant focus on performance, scalability, monitoring, safety, availability.
– Keep the global systems map in mind in every technical decision, looking for the balance between technical quality and business needs.
Desired qualifications and skillset
– Hands-on integration development experience with multiple systems and external teams.
– Experience on implementing guaranteed message delivery using queuing platforms.
– Solid experience with APIs definition and data model design.
– Experience in microservices architectures.
– Strong ability to detect and resolve ambiguity.
– Proactivity and focus on performance, scalability and availability.
– Knowledge and interest in cybersecurity issues
– Knowledge of some well known framework of any interpreted programming language.
– Experience in some top cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure..).
– Experience with SQL databases.
– Deep knowledge working with SOLID principles.
– Fluent in English.
Nice to have
– Experience in integrations with Salesforce, SAP, Eloqua.
– Integration patterns, enterprise patterns, oop patterns. We love patterns.
– Experience working with Enterprise Service Buses like Mule ESB
– Bonus point for experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD)/ Hexagonal Architecture.
– Experience working on projects with large user bases.
– Experience in security monitoring and execution of pentest
– Good knowledge of Git.
– Experience in TDD.
