Your new company
We are working for a medical organisation based in Barcelona.
Your main responsibilities
– Guarantee the integration of the Data Registry application into the company IT ecosystem
– Oversee technology infrastructures and operations of the Data Registry and other projects linked to it, ensuring the processes adhere to the company policies and regulations
– Design and coordinate the Promise decommission plan
– Liaise with vendors and prepare contractual agreements with selected vendors in accordance to company Service Level Agreements
– Identify the infrastructure to securely store the copy of ProMISe and Castor
databases (long term)
– Coordinate the processes for ensuring the security and compliance of the Data Registry Infrastructure (including backup, disaster recovery policies).
– Design the IT maintenance service for the Data Registry team, front end and back end.
– Assess the Data Registry Infrastructure.
– Identify the needs on maintenance and support of the Data Registry
application and infrastructure.
– Identify the technical IT, financial and human resource needs to provide a quality service to the end users
– Identify the needs on maintenance and support of all the third party
applications used for the Data Registry activities (short and long term).
– Adopt necessary ITILv3 lifecycle, policies, processes and procedures under Business Service Management standards
Main requirements
– University studies in Computer Sciences
– MBA in IT management or similar
– +10 years´ experience in a similar role or as an IT analyst/consultant/manager PMO, ITILv3, Agile and Earned- – Value Management hands-on experience Experience implementing solutions from a wide array of technologies in diverse companies, industries and environments
– Experienced in managing diverse technical and non-technical teams and liaising with CXOs
– Business strategy and IT strategy experience
– Full project management lifecycle experience: from requirements definition to support
– Total cost of ownership definition and management IT Governance definition and implementation and unit or company-wide digital transformation experience
-Vendor management and SLA definition and follow-up experience
