The main purpose of the role is to assist the shared services organization with the implementation, standardization, and automation of the operational performance reporting to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the financial processes.

You will work closely with the internal functions on the execution of different scale reports, dashboards, and big data analysis.

Critical success factors are to be accurate, approachable, responsive, resilient, flexible, and adaptable.
• Assist with performance reporting on Tableau
-KBI (Key business indicators) dashboard preparation: Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports to management;

-Develops/automate Tableau dashboards

-Support reporting/automation tools implementation from ERP/SQL/Sharepoint/Excel VBA

-Maintain documentation of reporting
• Assist reporting process streamlining and drive efficiency
• Assist the successful implementation of data culture in line with the predefined quality framework;
• Assist the deployment of reporting tools in the shared services organization;
• Develop robust working relationships with the peers and stakeholders in the shared services organization;
• Be an active, senior member of the shared services teams, support the operational teams
• Support the continuous improvement initiatives

Provides performance reporting trainings to the organization
• New challenge in a International company|Tableau, SQL, VBA, Excel.

Finance / Accounting/ Business / IS university or college degree

• In depth knowledge of Tableau configuration and development
• In depth knowledge of SAP and/or other ERPs
• Understanding finance processes

Profesional experience:
• Tableau
• Excel VBA
• SQL nice to have
• Involvement and experience in financial reporting, process transitions and transformation
• Advantage: multinational and/or SSC work experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage a team to develop and change their approaches
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Analytical and diagnostic skills

• Fluent business English verbal and in writing

• SQL: Understanding the principles
